DC pro movers were excellent from initial communication until delivery. Luna and her office staff were very prompt to respond to all our questions and cleared up any questions we had throughout the entire process. The movers were fast and efficient on both ends, they wrapped all the furniture well and delivered everything into the room of our choice. Highly recommend.

Excellent work ethic, communication, and friendly service received by the two gentlemen moving my belongings. The man who handled the call and paperwork was very professional, utilized my time and theirs wisely, and did a fantastic job communicating with his partner to ensure that all my items exited my old property and entered my new home with care.

I contacted DC Pro Movers to move my son from DC to Arlington. Wilson and his crew were outstanding. They were professional and quick! They had my son packed and moved in less than they estimated. 5 stars for DC Pro Movers.

This was the best moving experience I have ever had. First, the mover called the day before and offered to come several hours earlier than my original appointment. They showed up as promised, they were fast, professional, gentle and polite. I am a single man and admittedly do not have a huge amount of stuff BUT they made easy work of the job and had me settled in my new place in less than 3 hours start to finish. I strongly recommend DC Pro Movers to anyone looking for a trouble free move at a fair price.

new edit PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS! DC ProMovers took complete advantage of a woman and a veteran- ripped me off big time! My experience was horrible - a nightmare! it ended up costing me twice as much as I could’ve spent and I still didn’t have all of my furniture and items moved out of my house after spending almost $1726. I think some of these reviews are family or friends, or somebody close to them, because it is impossible that they don’t use these same tactics on other people. I do NOT not trust anything these people say! Problem is this: there’s absolutely nothing you can do once the movers are there, especially if you have to be out that day. And they realize this. It was so unfair y’all. I cried for 2 days straight! Story: I spoke with Luna for a quote. She seemed nice over the phone. I told her I had a budget of $1000 and needed enough movers to pack and move me within a 25 minute radius on March 15, 2024 (3 movers). They were expensive, so I got other quotes. I had a 3 bedroom one and a half bath townhouse with 2 room basement. Luna, the agent there, told me they would match the lowest rate (which was $845 for 3 movers). I booked DC ProM but with 4 movers because Luna said if I add another mover I could probably move under the 7 hours. I paid $129/hr. What I didn’t realize was that they drag out hours for packing/moving since you’re paying by the hour. They also got me with supplies charges. Luna suggested I buy my own supplies to save money and pack some things myself to save time - so I did that. It totally didn’t matter! At the end, I learned they charged $236 just for THEIR packing materials even though I bought my own materials. They hardly used mine. I had to buy 3 of their $26 TV boxes. I have 4 TVs and had only 1 box, but they refused to use it saying it was “broken” and they couldn’t securely pack it but it wasn’t broken. The day prior I packed 25% of my things to make sure the movers could pack/move the remaining items within the 7 hours. BUT about 2 hours into the move the supervisor said they would NOT be able to pack and move my kitchen and bathrooms because they wouldn’t have enough time. I panicked because this is why I agreed to pay for 4 movers at $1126, instead of 3 at $845. I called to speak with Luna, but she was out that day. I spoke to the manager, Avi, and said the initial estimate was supposed to cover the whole house. He said that FOUR guys could not pack and move me into the new place (24 minutes away) in 7 hours! Wow! (I got a U-Haul and three guys off the street in the past and they did it in less than seven hours and they weren’t even professionals). Anyway, Avi said if I wanted the whole house packed and moved the only option I had was to pay more money. They wouldn’t even tell me how many more hours they needed — all he told me was that I have to pay another $700 and they could do it, and had to pay it right then and there. It was midday and I felt like I had no choice because they had already been there several hrs. I had to call a friend and borrow the $700. Then, after another hour went by, the supervisor comes up to me a second time saying they still don’t have time to pack/move my kitchen and bathrooms - and after I just paid another $700 for that very purpose! I was livid, but there was nothing I could do. Argue with 4 men as a single woman? (I ended up packing/moving the kitchen and both bathrooms myself over the next two days). I did so much of the work while they were there that I injured my knee and back. They should have been paying me! They charged me for their supplies and didn’t bother to use all mine first. I bought tape (when I saw they were running low - a quick 8 min round trip drive to Lowe’s), but they still charged me for their tape. You should see how much unnecessary tape they use! They charged me for four $26 TV boxes, even when I had a TV box for one of them (of course, they said it was broken and they couldn’t take my TV unless they use their own box. RIP OFF)! I will never use DC Pro Movers ever again! Way to treat a female Army Veteran!
