Olympia was fantastic. They were all very easy to work with. Matt & Melissa were friendly and flexible while arranging our office furniture move. The movers themselves were prompt, professional, careful, and strategic about the best ways to move our heavy furniture. They were problem-solvers in action on the day of the move, as we had some tricky pieces to rearrange. They also offered great value for their work. I will definitely use them again!

After more than 100 moves with Olympia, this review is long overdue. I’m a Move Manager and have partnered with Olympia for about 8 years. During that time, we’ve done all kinds of moves - mini, local, multi-day large scale, interstate and international. Olympia is my go-to moving company for a lot of reasons: 1) The crews are excellent and they are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the client is satisfied. There are too many people to name here, but some of my favorite crew leads are Rawn, Andrei T, Carlos, Bob, Andrei R, Branislav, and Marius. 2) Estimates are fair, thorough and transparent (I love Eddie in sales). 3) They also have fantastic move coordinators who will make sure all of the details are buttoned up and check in with you along the way. 4) Everyone behind the scenes at the warehouses, in operations, finance/billing and other back office operations are a pleasure to work with as well. Their storage facilities are large, clean, and efficiently run. 5) When something doesn’t go according to plan (let’s face it, it happens occasionally), Olympia does everything they can to make it right. And we learn from these experiences and make ourselves even better.

Cannot say enough good things about Olympia Moving Company. I have used their team for 3 moves over the years, and now don't even consider calling anyone else. Their rates are competitive, their pre-move team prompt and efficient, and the movers themselves incredibly professional, careful, and meticulous in their work. During what is always an incredibly stressful time - moving - Olympia takes away the need to worry about getting your things flawlessly from point A to point B.

We had such an amazing crew. They were extremely nice, easy to talk to, very professional, and quick! They asked questions and listened to what we needed/wanted. They even warned us before moving our bed upstairs in our new home that it may accidentally scratch part of the hallway due to how the ceiling was, and they wanted to make sure that IF that happened, we were okay with that and if not, then they would not bring it upstairs. They were able to get it up with no scratches, but the warning was really nice, most movers would have just done it without asking. Everything about this experience with this crew was wonderful. My wife and I have moved a lot, and this is by far the best move we have had. 10/10 would recommend.

The moves onsite for our college has been a breath of fresh air! We had a previous company that we had to continuously monitor.
