They gave me an estimate, I paid 50% down, brought help the day of the move, and we accomplished the whole task for less than the estimate, so the amount I owed on moving day was less than the estimate. Then they billed me for the difference between the estimate and the actual cost (which was less). It wasn't a lot, so I paid it just to make them go away. Just know that no matter how fast the job goes, you will owe AT LEAST the estimate. Rip off

The Consultant/move planner was very helpful motivating me, and giving tips for efficiency e.g. how to prepare, and how not to bring too much stuff to a smaller space. The packers, and the team that loaded and unloaded the truck, and the team that unpacked and staged items in the new location, all were excellent. They asked a lot of questions that showed respect for their clientele. It was evident they had been well trained, AND they paid attention. When you walked into the new place, it already looked like home.

Their estimate came back 60% higher than originally stated and they blamed this additional requests. They blamed over 15 additional hours on us asking to donate something. Never did they say a donation would cost 1,000, I would have had a contractor take it for $50. No transparency with costs. Beyond difficult to deal with. We are paying them because we are good people that have been through a lot but would never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT USE THEM.

I only gave one star because I had to mark one to post review. Wayforth has been one of the worst experiences to date I have ever experienced!
