Victoria was a delight to work with in our recent move. She was super-organized, calm, and efficient. We had a crisis with mold on our furniture and she helped us work through a solution. We have been very impressed by the service we have received from WayForth, specifically Jennifer, Joanne and LaTonya. I would include the actual individuals that packed, moved and unpacked, but I don't have their names. My mom moved from one apartment to another within the same retirement community and from the very start of the process to the very end, it was silky smooth. Their pricing was a tad higher than other companies we interviewed, but I'm glad we paid the extra because it was well worth it. I highly recommend using this company for any of your moving needs. Thanks to everybody at WayForth that had a hand in my moms move.

Thank you so much Chaos to Calm. I had to move a whole house cross-country with only a week advanced notice. But it wasn't an issue for Cris, Kiera and team. They were such a pleasure to work with, allowing me to work on other aspects of the house sell while they took care of the packing. In addition to sorting, they also provided first rate references to home exterior power washing and home interior cleaning. These are great ladies to work with. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them highly to anyone faced with a home move.

The actual move was well performed… nothing damaged, efficient, polite staff. However, the original estimate did not include the truck’s “travel time” to and from their work location. It also did not include a fuel surcharge of $50. So hundreds of dollars were added to my final invoice that were not discussed with me at the get go. Also, they charged me four hours in travel time and it was only one hour round trip, something they corrected only after I complained about the hours I was being charged. Do I recommend them? Only if you question, question, question their charging practices from original estimate to final invoice. Because of the invoicing issues I came away a very unhappy customer.
