Wayforth did an excellent job in relocating my Mom from her home of 51 years to a 55+ senior community. From the initial consultation to the actual move to the final pickup of items to be discarded or donated, the entire staff was very professional. It was a smooth and worry-free process.

Our parents just completed a move from their home of 52 years - a 2,500 square foot house - to a two-bedroom apartment in a retirement community- just over 1,000 feet. WayForth did an excellent job guiding us through the downsizing and settling in process from start to finish. Each employee was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and particularly sensitive to the needs and emotions of our 92 year-old parents - as well as the rest of the family. We can't rate them too highly - five stars is just not enough! WayForth is not simply a moving company; they are so much more than that. We felt the price was very reasonable for all the value we received. The process was a challenging one, but it would have been so much more so had we not had the help of the WayForth team. Our parents felt like a miracle had occurred when they were able to sleep in their apartment which felt like home the day after their furniture and belongings were delivered. Writing for all three of their children and their spouses, we are all so grateful and relieved!

Furniture Pickup: The team arrived right on time; they worked continuously during the time they were moving the furniture; they asked me for clarifications if they were unsure of my directions; and, they took extreme care when handling my furniture. Unloading Furniture: Again, the team arrived on time; they worked continuously; they moved items so I could determine where the furniture would look best; and. they were very friendly, easy-going -- but working hard continuously during their work. I could have not asked for a better team to move my furniture.

The Wayforth group is a team of miracle workers- creative, kind and talented in dealing with difficult situations. It is extremely hard to move aging family members from their long time residences; both emotionally and physically challenging. Wayforth guided our family gently and also with great foresight and physical strength. From the beginning, the Wayforth team understood all that was involved and worked patiently with our family to help our folks make the transition to a much smaller living space. Molly Baldridge was instrumental in organizing an excellent plan and Julia Efford was brilliant in its execution. Louis Coleman as the Move team lead ran a very smooth operation with a great team of helpers (Patrick Whitaker, Andre Evins, Evan Brown, Jayante Meredith, Omar Brown and Remy Mungin) and took great care with my parents' belongings. The Pack and unpack team of Tina Taylor, Phyllis Spencer, Lynda Ellis and Ryan Holder were superb. I highly recommend Wayforth for any move- especially seniors.
