Called in regards to my car being stored in they tow yard after my son had an accident in my vehicle. The first day the qentleman was very nice and caring. Once I went to see the condition of my car they became very rude. The guy over the phone told me if I bring my pink slip down and sign it over to him I could get anything I wanted from the car. I explained to him I couldn’t get it the same day or the next day because my husband had to work. Asked if I could come Thursday or Friday he stated they would be closed for the holiday they are also closed on the weekend. Called this morning to see if he would be there he told me I can’t get anything without paying the fees for my car plus the lien fees. He flat out lied to me. They say they don’t want anything in your car but that is a lie. When I went to see my car for the first time they wouldn’t let my husband come in with me and said only the registered owner could come in the yard. When I went in there was a lady and two kids as well as a man going through cars filling up garbage bags of stuff. The tow man allowed the lady and kids to exit out the gate that the tow truck come in but let me out the gate I came in (red flag). This company is thieves they are liars and I will be seeking counsel. If your car is towed here ever tread lightly because they are not trustworthy.

Praveen was very responsive and very good at communication. I had to call him numerous times to coordinate a complicated situation and he answered the phone every single time. He was very patient and seemed to genuinely care about not only customers, but people in general.

Terrible terrible terrible workers. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They lieee so much and aren’t considerate at all. My family member’s car was totaled and all they want is their things out of their car and they want to charge them for it and so much other stuff. Not helpful whatsoever. Yall need to be shut down immediately!
