To the person answering the phone for the big bus, I pray that you may have peace and love in your heart because being that angry at 6:45am dealing families about their children must be daunting for you to respond to people with such disrespect. As a company you all have to better, I cannot imagine coming to a place where the employees are this miserable towards others and you say nothing but just sit there and soak all that in. And whomever is the person that runs this company you should make some changes as if there was another company to do this work for Bridgeport I bet that the employees would not behave like this.

Just called to get some info for my child’s transportation and this lady Emily was so rude and unprofessional. She told me I should have call to find out the bus schedule a month ago. The school was suppose to send out an email and they never did and I was just trying to get the information for my kid. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to put one on the phone. I wish Bridgeport public schools would use a more professional company! Every year it’s an issue with this company. I have a child with special needs who was never picked up last year on the first day of school. It’s always something with this company!

This company is the worse! The communication sucks and people are rude. I have to call several times and press the number to different departments to get to someone . Just ridiculous! And this is whom we should trust with our kids!? I wouldn’t even give it 1 star.

Dispatchers are rude!!! I was told my daughter has to wait outside for the bus!!! The female bus driver honked the horn once and left didn't even wait a minute!!! Trained these drivers better!!!

If I can give a zero stars for the service I would. Great drivers that truly care for the kids but very unprofessional dispatchers. There is zero communication amongst the team from top down when a change occurs which is extremely frustrating for both the forefront employee getting the slack from customers as well as the working single parent such as myself. This company needs a huge revamp, professional trainings, and a better system in place for communication amongst the employees “lower” than them in the forefront, the schools, and parents. There is no reason the person on the phone should have a lack of information “just because” the manager or whoever has not provided them with updated information, changes, or what have you. Do better in assisting the community you are serving.
