As part of an interstate move, we used WE MOVE YOUR MOM to auction items we were not moving to our new location. We have been in our home for 38 years and the task of going through everything was incredibly daunting. WE MOVE YOUR MOM handled all the details. They simplified what I needed to focus on—just those things I knew I needed to move. Then they helped auction the items that were good—just not things I was going to be able to accommodate when we downsized at the other end of the move. Our things found new homes with the auction. WE MOVE YOUR MOM photographed everything, and grouped in to logical lots that helped buyers find what they needed. After the auction pick up, they took care of other supplies that needed to recycled (paints and cleaning items). They handled the details for pick up—it was incredible to see and after the auction, all that was left was what as going with us. They helped pack and label the boxes. We used a POD for some things and an interstate mover for some other things—but WE MOVE YOUR MOM had all the connections (including crating some delicate items like our Grandfather clock!). Any move after you’ve been in your home a long time is a Herculean task, but WE MOVE YOUR MOM made it manageable. We are sincerely grateful and highly, highly recommend WE MOVE YOUR MOM.

Wow, this company was fantastic. I had to do a rush move for my mom while my father was in hospice. They met us on a Sunday just a couple of days after reaching out. Moved the following Tuesday less than a week from our first call. They had 6 people involved at one point during the move. Took before pictures before packing so they could put all the knickknacks back in their same spots post move. Helped us pack and unpack. They were very caring and supportive. Even hung up all our pictures in the new location before they were finished. And Amy has offered help and advice on what to do with the leftovers that weren't moved. I highly recommend these folks.

We Move your Mom did a great job of packing and unpacking for my move. They took donations to charities. If I can't find something in my new apartment, I can check back and the person who orchestrated the move, will text back telling me where it is. If you're moving to a smaller space, donate large furniture and "excess stuff"--saves having to do it later,

I just moved from a Cottage at Balfour Independent Living to a big one bedroom apartment in the Balfour Lodge. Amy Fisk was extremely helpful in looking at my belongings and helping me to decide what I could keep and how it would fit into my new apartment by making templates and a plan of how I could arrange things. On packing and moving day her wonderful team of people arrived and were just so pleasant and knowledgeable. They followed the plan, knew where things should go, and settled me into my new place so quickly and efficiently. So many pictures were hung, and I felt moved in so quickly. A highly skilled moving team!!!!

Amy and her team consistently provide quality support and service. After a last minute cancellation from another moving company, I reached out to Amy (who I should've just called in the first place) who quickly sprang into action to get things taken care of for me and a resident of mine. Within 24 hours the resident was packed, moved and unpacked and couldn't have been happier. Thanks for always doing great work and helping us in a pinch!
