Do not use them!! We were using them here at our facility in west Chester and we terminated the contract. Who ever the lady on the phone was she is the most rude unprofessional employee I have felt with. She was rude attitude and hostile on a few occasions wich is why they just lost a huge account with us. I highly recommend you do not use this company under any circumstances!! I will not use them for our company ever again.

$140 for an 8 mile tow?!? Get an accurate quote first or just get someone else Was told $90 for the pickup and a dollar something per mile. No idea how that turned into $140. Called the woman and asked how that was possible and she said she would look into it and that was that. The tow truck guy also went through my car, glove boxes, and trunk. He stole my socket and extension i keep in my seat for disconnecting the battery. Avoid this place!!!

I'm going to have to strongly recommend against this place. Rates are exorbitant. I paid close to $200 for less than 8 miles of towing! The driver I worked with was nice, but that's where the positivity ends. Do yourself a favor and shop around before choosing West Chester Towing.

My sister needed her car towed. A rude man arrived getting in her car and in her personal space. He refused to wear a mask during a pandemic. His license plate was PKY 8332. He was yelling at us and refused to wear a mask. We cancelled the service and he drove off. Worst experience ever.
