This is the last moving company I would ever hire. Two years after an invoice was paid Justin Westbrook started sending me phishing intuit invoices with a click and pay button trying to get me to pay the invoice again. He did it several times and eventually threatened to sue me if I didn't pay him twice for the same invoice. I should also note that the items that he delivered were very valuable auction pieces and they showed up in a van, unwrapped and just stacked inside on top of other furniture piled to the top of the interior. Absolutely nothing redeemable about the man or the company.

The company claims to be blanket movers specializing in art and antiques. I was assured I would have three days’ notice for when Justin Westbrook arrived with five mid century auction pieces, but he called late the afternoon before the day he announced he would be delivering them, and then an hour and a half past the delivery window he had given me to say they wouldn’t be delivered until the following day. He was solicitous to the point of obsequy, but had no sense of the value of the furniture, which was not blanket wrapped and which was installed unprotected during its delivery—at one point an immaculate teak Danish desk was dragged on its side across the floor, and he banged a credenza’s doors in place, breaking what had been perfect veneer. He also gouged a teak cabinet I had had for some time. A local mover he had hired to meet him to help was more mindful. When I noted the damage Mr Westbrook quipped that they were “old auction” pieces, even though I had clear photographs and condition reports showing otherwise. Westbrook may be fine for a casual move, but I would never hire them again to handle anything of value. A nightmare start to finish.

Beware! My design colleague used this furniture company to move a high end Hickory Chair table to a clients home with White Glove Service. This company only sent one man to move this table, he proceeded to roll it on the ground and up into his truck with a thin moving blanket that the table was previously wrapped in. The table arrived to the clients house in a different moving truck, unwrapped and severe damage incurred to the custom finish and the table itself. The company denies the claims and would not assist with repair / touch up. They refused to answer calls and when did they answer emails, it was with an extremely unprofessional, negative, and sarcastic attitude. This lack of due diligence and responsibility hurts young designers and small business owners as we end up having to eat costly repairs.

Awesome guys! I moved alone after graduation and had no one to help me, and as a 135 lb girl I wasn't able to do it all myself. The move was fast and efficient, and didn't cost me a ton either. They moved my six drawer dresser up a tiny staircase without scratching the paint on the walls. Good company, and the guys were so friendly and made me feel really comfortable.
