This summer of 2024 we relocated from Houston to California to be closer to our daughter and her family. After getting estimates from multiple moving companies in Houston, we chose Westheimer transfer and Storage because of their A+ BBB rating, online reviews, bonding and insurance, and because Ed G, the rep/ estimator, was professional, courteous, efficient, and he answered all our questions as he walked us through the process. He is a confidence builder of trust in his company. When it came to packing day, the crew was on time and packed everything with care. We even had artwork crated. The next day the crew loaded out our household shipment, again being safe and careful with the items. We stored our belongings with them for 2 months while finding a new house. They took great care of our stuff. Even during Hurricane Beryl, their warehouse held up, and no damage was sustained. Special thanks to Angie our move coordinator. She kept us updated as needed, and was always available to answer questions. It was a pleasure doing business with Westheimer Transfer and Storage. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you plan a major household move.

Our move was so much easier because of this company. Specifically, their driver Raul was top notch. He went above and beyond to take care of us and I'm so grateful. The quote was the most accurate as the only company of the 11 I got quotes from where someone actually came and walked through the house. Working with the office was incredibly easy and efficient. But most impressive was the crew who packed and loaded and again, Raul the driver. He was particular about the items we stressed as being important to us and hand delivered them as soon as the truck arrived at the new house. Helped me search boxes for two important things I couldn't find. And, was so thoughtful about making sure we were all set up with beds for the whole family the last night in the house and as soon as the delivery landed at the new house.

I had called at least 5 moving companies to get quotes for a move. The salesman from Westheimer sent over to do my quote (Dale) was very pleasant and was knowledgeable about the move details. He gave me a sense of trust. Then I talked with Angie who works in the office and she was very helpful, pleasant and responsive. The drivers they sent to do my move (Luis and Marie) were very efficient, patient and professional. They arrived on time, respected my property on both my old home and my new home. I would highly recommend using Westheimer for your next local move or your out of state move. No complaints!
