Alameda Family Funeral & Cremation did an excellent job helping my family plan for and hold a beautiful memorial service, followed by on-site cremation, indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. We had explored several other funeral homes, but Alameda Family Funeral & Cremation was the only one that met all of our needs by providing these services promptly and conveniently in one place, in a lovely state-of-the art facility with live streaming for those who were remote. Best of all was the customer service. Jessica and her husband Tanner made the whole experience feel easy during what was a difficult and stressful time. They guided us through the many decisions that we had to make and patiently answered our numerous questions. They are consummate professionals. We sensed their genuine caring and commitment to meeting our needs. I very highly recommend them.

Obviously it's not a good time to lose someone you love and have to make arrangements. Everybody at Alameda funeral is very professional, kind, and polite and thus we could focus more on grieving. For our needs(cremation and simple memorial service), this was a great place to have everything done. Wonderful smooth service.

We recently arranged our baby boy’s funeral with Alameda Family Funeral Home, where we found immense support and compassion, especially from our funeral director, Paul Graham. Being a Hindu family unfamiliar with burial processes, Paul was incredibly helpful. He guided us through the entire procedure, assisting us in finding suitable cemeteries with baby lots, which eased our worries significantly. The team’s flexibility was a blessing, particularly as we needed to reschedule the funeral multiple times due to my wife’s hospitalization. This level of understanding and accommodation made a difficult time slightly more bearable. We’re deeply thankful for the kindness and professionalism shown by Paul and the Alameda Family Funeral Home team. Their dedication to helping families during such sorrowful times is commendable, and we highly recommend their services.

Awful service. Before we even had a chance to look at the facility, they tried to pressure us into signing documents authorizing them to take care of my deceased grandfather without telling us the price. We told them we needed time to decide. While we were discussing our options, the owner Zoe rudely told us that they didn't want our business because we didn't decide fast enough. Every new customer is just another source of income, they don't care for the deceased they are performing last rights for. It is horrible how they treat those right after devastating news is delivered.

My wife and I lost our baby at week 23rd of pregnancy. We wanted to keep the baby's ash and searched online for the cremation services. We found Alameda Family Funeral & Cremation and called their hotline. I talked to Megan and expressed my intention. She was very helpful. She walked us through the process, required documents such as verification letter from the doctor, service fee. I was very surprised when they offered the service for a very little fee as an act of goodwill. I got all the info needed and made an appointment. My wife and I went to the funeral home and meet Paul. He was super nice and professional. He helped us go through paperwork with detailed explanation for each document that we signed. We received our baby's ash after a week. The funeral home took care everything from working with the hospital to get the baby's remains to cremation service. Megan's, Paul's attention to detail and thoughtful, respectful approach deeply touched our hearts. Their professionalism and genuine compassion are truly commendable. We would like to thank Megan, Paul, and entire team for making a difficult journey a little bit more manageable with your caring hearts and exceptional service.
