Please teach your drivers common courtesy especially the driver of truck 623 pulling trailer 53124! I understand it's stressful waiting in line ro be unloaded for hours but cutting off drivers that have been waiting over an hour longer than you is freaking ridiculous and extremely rude nor is threatening other drivers with violence or telling them you will blow their head off its actually quite childish. Also please inform your .. I don't want to call it a driver that insults real drivers please inform your employee..... Nvm have a great day and please properly screen future applicants

Genuinely, AGM is a wonderful company. The people are friendly, kind and diligent. From the office personnel to the shop staff and beyond, I’ve had only pleasant experiences. My driver managers are great, as is the equipment provided as well. You get quality trucks, quality pay from a quality company. I’m glad I was hired on and would recommend AGM to any experienced driver. Remember, you get out of life what you put into it. So if your experience is poor, then perhaps so too is your mindset.

You will get miles here! Trucks are very well equipped with a larger fridge, microwave, and apu - and they have a 5 star maintenance crew. Some brand new rigs, some are older, but they all run great. There are a lot of apps to download and too many broker calls/texts/updates. No compensation for using your personal phone/data. If you’re matched with a dispatcher who doesn’t understand the stresses of driving, you might struggle, especially if they’re new. Communication is ok, but there are some language and location barriers. Primarily, the office personnel do not always communicate with each other (working from different locations) and it seems simpler for them to call/text drivers asking the same questions or relaying the same instructions, which can add to driver stress. If you have the patience to work with some micromanagement, this will be a dream job. They. Have. The. Miles. Which is what really matters…

Been with AGM since November 2023. I will give them 9/10 ✅💯. Overall I can say it’s a very good company to work for. You get to to go home on time, Your mileage are guaranteed, you get to take your 34 hour rest. They don’t force you to drive in bad weather. No force dispatch. Inspection pay, determination pay, brake down pay , lay over pay. Staff friendly they treat drivers with respect. The reason why I gave them a 4 star it’s because I wish the pay was better. And they don’t assist with travel expenses. So I will recommend anybody to AGM transportation.

Absolutely careless driving. I was recently driving in Illinois on a very rainy day and a AGM Transport cut me off when I had absolutely nowhere to go. I honked hard so he/she'd not change lanes, but they kept going. I was forced to swerve into the next lane, where other cars were coming and going. Truly a miracle my family and I weren't killed, along with others! License plate: 969 148
