We had David and his crew Jethro, Trent and Richard remove our old hot tub and place our new hot tub in today and they did a fantastic job! I was so worried because it was not an easy delivery with lots of obstacles and the spas weighed more than 900 pounds each. They were polite, worked carefully around our garden, and we are extremely respectful and did a thorough job. We would highly recommend WHAT any day! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Theo and Eric made my son's DC apartment move seamless. They navigated the apartment issues like reserving elevators and loading docks--disassembling furniture as needed to fit in elevators, etc. They even took junk to the trash room for us. Prior to the move I had lots of questions for Theo and he always replied promptly and respectfully. I recommend WHAT without reservation.

Had a very old piano that was large and cumbersome. Posted on FB in the free and for sale page. No one even bothered to which I don’t blame them. WHAT reached out to me and offered their services. Was very skeptical as I didn’t specifically seek them out but they were super friendly and professional. Within a day I had them scheduled to come and remove the piano. Their movers were super professional and well-prepared. They even helped me take apart my couch that was in the way and put it back together. Would highly recommend these guys. They know what they’re doing AND left my place undamaged.

Truly excellent service all around. Theo bent over backwards to get a crew to my house late in the day at the last minute. Eric and his guys stayed late to get the job done. Then Luis and Ray Ray completed the move making two extra stops to drop and pickup extra furniture and then assembled bed frames for me that I had ordered. I was not expecting them to assemble the bed frames and was very grateful for that. Everyone was efficient and pleasant. Very impressive company.
