Hired Wheatland to do a last minute move. Matt and Alex worked on a capped estimate for me which was great. It helped me plan and budget. The driver was very helpful and skilled along with his team. They did great on moving day and delivery. No complaints. I posted some pictures of how they packed my home like experts.

Commencing our relocation process back in March 2024, I engaged in dialogue with Matt Greene, the sales representative, to coordinate our impending move from Minnesota to Arizona. Clearly outlining our timeline for the move, slated for the end of April with delivery expected by May 8th or 9th, I was assured by Matt that such timing could be accommodated. An initial estimate of $5,100, based on our provided itemized list, was provided. However, on the day of the move, we realized there were additional boxes to be included, thus anticipating a potential increase in cost based on weight. Nevertheless, when the dispatcher communicated a staggering range of $7,201.06 to $9,606.06 via text, it was evident that clarity and transparency were lacking. Moreover, the absence of an inventory list, which should have been provided by Wheatland once all items were loaded onto the truck, added to the frustration. While attending a work convention, I received a call from the dispatcher insisting on an earlier delivery date, contradicting our prior arrangement with Matt. Despite expressing our unavailability until at least May 8th, the dispatcher offered May 7th as the earliest option, threatening a two-week delay otherwise. Pressed for time and under duress, I reluctantly signed the Bill of Lading via phone to facilitate unloading. Upon delivery to our Arizona residence, which we were absent from, the quality of service plummeted. Numerous bins and sturdy boxes were found cracked or completely destroyed, while fragile items were recklessly handled, resulting in breakage and bending. Shockingly, our new 6 ft ladder, valued at $200, went missing during the process. Subsequent attempts to address these grievances were met with delay and indifference. Despite reaching out to Matt on May 9th with detailed accounts and photographic evidence of the damages, a response was not forthcoming until May 14th, when Tina, the customer service supervisor, expressed regret over our ordeal. Promising to investigate the oversight of the final inventory list and offering apologies, Tina assured a prompt follow-up, which, unfortunately, has yet to materialize as of May 16th. Disheartened by the lack of accountability and the disregard for customer satisfaction, especially with the amount of money we spent. I find myself thoroughly disappointed with Wheatland's handling of our relocation.

My husband got a new nursing gig. It was pretty last minute. So we rushed to get a mover. Wheatland showed up and did the thing. Really happy with the service.

Moving to Georgia was a wonderful experience thanks to the team at Wheatland Van Lines. Matt and Tina spent a decent amount of time on our inventory and moving details. We set up a reservation based on everything we discussed and it went very well. They did arrive a day later than we expected on delivery, but it wasn't an issue as they gave us a heads up 3 days prior. The delivery also went without any hiccups. No damages in any way. Not sure what else to say expect we are very happy with the service over all. Thank you!

If you're looking for a company that will give it you straight from the quote and then honor that estimate, Wheatland is the company for you as it was for our family. I've moved many times and know the drill. Wheatland was the first company to truly come through on their estimate, ever. I was impressed and my family was happy so that got them extra points from me.
