What a wonderful ride! The driver showed up quickly on a non scheduled pickup. Very helpful in all phases of loading and unloading. Such a kind man, and it was his birthday! I 100% recommend this company. Thank you! Another great ride with Scott! He showed up on time, very helpful, kind and professional! These drivers are awesome! All of them are great! My ride home today was scheduled at 11a.m. Wheeler transport showed up at 11:44 after I'd waited outside for an hour. The female driver threatened to not take me home and when I said I'd waited an hour she said I couldn't have because it was 11:44. Sorry lady but 45 min late should not be defended. Half way through my ride home i asked if we could just have quiet. She was unable to shut up. It was a nightmare and I've requested to STEER CLEAR of Wheeler Med Transport, you should do the same. * I got the response I expected from this company. Passing the buck. No problem people. Let me remind you that tax dollars pay your bill.

Our ride to the doctor by Wheeler Medical Transport was great. I can't say enough good words to describe our driver: prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, courteous... We will definitely be looking to Wheeler for our transport needs. I should also say that we needed some special assistance for the transportation. We discussed this while I was booking the ride, and the agent assured me that it was possible. For the ride, our driver worked extra hard to help us. To our driver -- THANK YOU!!! We really appreciate your hard work!

All I can say is a million thanks to my driver and office personnel. After another company left me out in the cold with low oxygen machine and never showed up at5:15. Wheeler were the ones that came and saved me from the cold almost 3hrs after being forgotten. I finally got home about 8pm I will be requesting your company for all my transport from now on. oh and because of my ordeal and age my driver insisted on walking me to my door... thank you so much for being my knight to the rescue in a Wheeler lyft van WHEELER ROCKS
