We were very disappointed with our experience, especially seeing previous great reviews. We were told that it would be a quick easy move, yet in the end we were charged almost double what had been anticipated (nearly 6 hours instead of 3). It definitely seemed like the clock was being milked. There was a lot of standing around and talking at the unload. Maybe we should’ve stayed at the house to supervise the load up. Not what I would’ve expected from a professional company. I contacted the main office after with my concerns and didn’t get a response. Would not recommend. It would’ve been quicker to do it ourselves and much less expensive even with taking two days off.

After more than a dozen moves in the Navy, Whidbey Moving and Storage has been the best moving company I've worked with, hands down. I've had them bring deliver household goods, and also pack and store them, and both times they were professional, friendly, and highly competent. Highly recommended!
