Amazing I went there and had no clue what I was doing because I wanted to post a commercial bin and the stuff I had was too little bit for a commercial bin and the guy in there came with me to storage. Got me a box help me pack the stuff and he even helped me mark the box and that was so thoughtful you know and I really do appreciate his service. I even forgot to get his name but the service there is perfect.

I am so impressed with this company that I will never use another company to ship my barrels to Grenada anymore. I called them last minute and they showed up when they said they would. Guys were polite and professional and very careful not to damage your flooring when removing the barrels. And to the ladies who work at the office, thank you very much for accommodating me last minute. Keep up the great work!!!!!!!

I have been using Whiskey shippers for the past year. I must say I have the most positive experience. I have used other shipping agencies before and I will not use any one but Whiskey. I sent down lots of shipment, most of them were very fragile. My stuff arrived to Grenada without a scratch. they arrived in a very timely manner. I was contacted if there was going to be a delay. I watched them as they carefully wrapped all my furniture to ensure their safety. I would highly recommend them

Never came on the initial pickup date. The rescheduled pickup date they were super late. I don't have an issue with the pickup guys more than ever my heart goes out to them it's hard work doing their jobs. My issue was the lady who picks up my call. I wanted information on the arrival of the barrel in grenada so I can tell my family there.. her rude, sarcastic and condescending tone.. I totally refuse to give my money to such establishment...

Worst experience ever!! These people are very unprofessional and rude to the highest degree. The guy that answers the phone lies and say my name is for pick up only to find out when I call on pick day from the woman who answers the phone that my name is not there. I have been going back and forth with whiskey for a week now.. My barrel is still in the house. I just called another agency and I'm getting picked up today! Long may you reign whisky.. I'm not begging for your service.. you need me as much as I need you! Your employees need customer service training!
