Chill environment, nice & fast service. And fresh good tasting sandwiches! I would particularly recommend their value deal and half and half. A sandwich/salad or soup/Mac & cheese. For the price the quantity and quality is top tier. Fantastic place for some healthy lunch.

Could have the place be more clean, bathroom has paper towels run out, tables aren’t clean consistently. Which wasn’t the big problem. The one thing I was kinda upset about was a worker getting upset about a tip. I get, if you provided good service I will probably be more willing to buy service wasn’t the greatest…. Food was good tho! It satisfied my hunger from a 7 mile hike in the morning. WiFi is good with certain seating having outlets to charge devices.

This is a morning staff review only. Mowry Panera has way better service. The morning staff that works here have no customer service skills. The people that work the back just don't seem to care, especially the one i think is the shift lead or manager. My coworker ordered a drink and basic bagel and went to the back counter for pick up. We waited and waited for the food, and it never said it was ready, so finally he went and asked what's up, and she pulled it off the lower counter were it was sitting the whole time. They look at you standing there and don't ask you if you need help or anything. There is just no care about your time.

Lucy was just awesome. She saw me dropped my bread on the floor and she went ahead and got me a new one . She even made sure I have enough butter too. It was a treat having Lucy in the dine area. Her hospitality is top shelf. She made me miss my grand ma.😊
