The Elite Anywhere team did an excellent job delivering and assembling our bed. They were very friendly, efficient, hard working, and professional. After the assembly they also helped with my mattress which I very much appreciated. Overall, wonderful job!

I am updating my review based on six week negotiations and settlement with escalations team. It was initially 1 star based only on my move experience and initial poor sales of products like valuation that did not cover me based on the conditions of my particular move. Although the move was not smooth and my client sustained damages totalling over $5K they followed up and addressed part of the issue and offered a partial credit after careful review of all the facts. This is a testament to the quality of the customer service of their escalations and management team. I wish that their coordination and transparency from quoting to truck loading to delivery was more integrated so that I did not have the issue in the first place. Unfortunately, when they split my trailer from NY to SF into 2 trucks the local delivery loaded items haphazardly and nothing was secured or strapped to the sides of the truck. The inventory changed hands too many times and the crew was negligent in handling it causing damages that ranged from broken millwork edges and corners resulting from negligence in handling large pieces with 1 person and stacking boxes on top of mirrors and glass that was clearly marked fragile and told repeatedly not to do so. The team under estimated the time to make the delivery and had to come back on a second day. In one instance they uncrated a piece lifted in improperly bent a metal tray table and the tired to re wrap and tape it and then when we pointed out it was damaged claimed that it was concealed damage even though they had already taped it with tape saying Elite on it. Although I will not use them again, if you’re considering using them I would ask to speak with Aissa and Robert if you want to have an accurate understanding of all costs, the way a move operates from point to point, and what will or will not be covered with insurance. It will require a lot of (micro) management on the end of the designer, so be prepared to get into the weeds on their operations if you want things to run smoothly for you.

I have never purchased anything this major for my home but after talking to them with my concerns I felt very comfortable. The table is exactly what I wanted. Every person I talked with from the sales person, to the protection policy person to the delivery team, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. .

This was by far the best delivery experience we've had from any delivery company. The team was efficient and thorough. Clear communication from the beginning and I particularly liked the texting feature which made it convenient to confirm appointments.

I work for an interior design firm and we had a couple of clients in the bay area in need of a receiver for their furniture. We came across Elite's contact and we were very excited to foster a relationship with them for our clients and any future clients based on their fast response times and robust inspection system when we first started contacting them. However, once we signed with them the customer service level changed and our furniture deliveries were a nightmare. Whenever we emailed them with a question we were forwarded to 10 different people, a process that took way too long and we were never given a straight answer or had to repeatedly ask them to get an answer. We had two different clients with them which they seemed to be confused about because they billed each client for items that were not theres. When it was time to do the deliveries they were given lists of all the items we wanted included in the delivery, they confirmed the items and then when they showed up to do the delivery the items we specifically told them to bring were forgotten, TWICE. When the items were forgotten it took them way too long to figure out a next delivery date and we were forwarded to 10 different people to figure it out. One of our clients waited more than a week and the other waited 3 days. We also expected a refund for the forgotten items delivery cost since it was there mistake but they refused to refund our clients anything for their countless mistakes, they would only waive the re-delivery fee. Safe to say our clients were extremely unhappy with the way Elite handled everything and we will not be using them for any of our future clients.
