Horrible horrible experience. never hire them for your move. My experience started out bad when they turn up late and then only got worse! I was told 4 men and two trucks will come for a full service move and only one truck and 2men turn up an hour after the time frame that was given. 2 hours after that the other truck comes…. Then they said they would take card payment and at midnight when they still hadn’t finished the move they said they wouldn’t unload the truck until cash was paid upfront!!! How are you supposed to get cash on a Friday night/saturday morning! It k my got worse after that when they made bogus charges the next morning and finally after paying them they dropped all the furniture and didn’t even assemble anything!!! Highly unprofessional crooks that need to be sued! Pics of how they left the furniture

I normally don’t give reviews but after being scammed out of my down payment of $99 and the movers never showing that was enough for me. Initially I thought this was a good company although my first mi e had to be rescheduled. I even tried to use them a 2nd time after the first time they didn’t show on my scheduled day of Saturday, the guy claimed I didn’t confirm but I’m thinking my $99 payment was my confirmation so they rescheduled me for Sunday. The first time I moved I thought the guys did a fairly decent job with wrapping my furniture and putting it in the storage but when I got ready to move a few months later from storage into an apartment they never showed AT All!! The guy answering the phone pretends to be professional but he really is not!! promising to pay my money back and never did. So at the last minute I had to find another mover because they didn’t do they job! So if you want to lose money, get money stolen from you, reschedule your move and deal with unprofessional people then these are your guys!!

Scam Movers, everything looks legit BUT the moment you sign papers (which initially mentions 3 men/truck 189/hr) , all your problems will start. They intentionally delay arriving and packing and insist for Cash upon delivery prior to unloading (they will add several hours after you sign the papers). My move estimate was 1200$ but the scam guy insisted to pay for the service a whopping amount of 9889$ in cash otherwise they threatened to leave with out delivery. Initial phone call they said will take credit card but demanded cash only. Lot of things are false but finally Cops helped us unload our things on the road side as driver tried to flee with all the belongings. Please be VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL with these guys as try to act legit but demand for cash pay 5 to 10 times of the originally agreed amount.

So I’m not a “leave a review” kind of person unless a company does so well I remember that the option exists. Super great guys! They squeezed me in VERY last minute and were really accommodating. Unfortunately we did have to reschedule the first appointment because another job went too late, but as I had contacted them with literally 12 hours notice and with only a 2 hour window of availability it was definitely not unexpected. They instead came out first thing on a Sunday morning which I know is never fun for anybody. It also turned out that the job itself was more cumbersome than I had originally told them, but they still got it done super quickly and reassured me it was no trouble. They were incredibly careful with our items, much more careful than I was, and made sure I had everything I needed multiple times. I was also charged less than what I was quoted when I expected it to be more considering that I ended up asking quite a lot more from them than quoted. Probably the best experience I’ve had with movers ever. Incredibly kind, quick&professional. I noticed a fair amount of one-star reviews and to anyone reading this looking for a mover, please just bear in mind that when something does go wrong in a move (which inevitably can happen, mistakes happen to everyone) it is more likely that folks will leave a negative review because their personal effects are involved. But the one stars are absolutely not reflective of the service you’re very likely to get. Highly recommend!

They guys were very polite and hustled they whole time. Pricing was fair and transparent. The bad was that they did not do a good job wrapping the furniture with the U-Haul blankets the we provided. I emailed them with my issues and no response. Lots of rub marks , scratches and damage to our things. 12-1-2020. Just got a response on this review. Things were NOT resolved. No call back. NO email. Just a bogus response here saying things have been resolved to save face..... I would call another moving service if I was you.
