Ranard called twice to confirm his delivery time. When he arrived (on time as promised), he had a big beaming smile, and treated our delivery (a headboard) as if it was his own. He was very polite and wanted to make sure that our product was delivered without any problem.

It took three days to move my 3 BR organized condo 45 min away. Any company would have provided the correct size truck and enough able body guys to get the job done. Added more stress to an already stressful process.

Great delivery service. Actually arrived early! The driver, Ranard was polite and professional. He maneuvered the truck down a narrow street to my cottage and put the large window I ordered in the garage for me. Well done!

I have a hard time believing the positive reviews for this company. They have LITERALLY changed my delivery appointment 4 times!!! They completely stood me up the first time and never called me to notify me, or to reschedule, etc. The promised I would have it before the weekend which didn't happen. I was told they don't deliver to my area Mondays, so Tuesday is the next soonest. I just got a call saying it needs to be Wednesday - "The driver can't be on the road tomorrow" is what they tell me. Completely insane! Don't ship with this company!!!!

The company called the day before delivery to unsure we were ready for the shipment. Ranard, the drive, was happy and friendly. A lot better then some other companies I have used in the past. Thank you.
