DO NOT use this company. Half of my boxes were delivered soaking wet. They had obviously been in water for some time. There was mold between the tape and the cardboard box. These boxes were not brought in the house when my goods were delivered. I had to call back and ask to have them brought in a few days later. I can only assume this was an attempt to hide the wet boxes. When I asked, the only answer I got was that there was no water in their storage facilities. It was not raining on move out or move in day!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I packed almost all my items. I was charged for materials, but the movers used my boxes and tape. And the items they did pack were dumped into boxes unwrapped and and unprotected. The crew that came to move the boxes from the garage were shocked. They also told me I should have had a portal to be able to see my goods in storage. This was never provided. I sent multiple pictures and nothing was done. And the only answers I got was they had no idea how any of this happened. I paid a lot of money for "white glove" service. I did NOT get it. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

White Glove provided more than just a service. They provided an opportunity for my family to start a new home and begin our new life. They were efficient, did exactly what was agreed upon and had me and my kids sleeping in their beds on night 1! I couldn’t have done it without them. Amazing! These guys are great! Adrian and Nahum arrived on time and carefully unloaded all of my client’s art collection, heavy mirrors and pieces that required extra TLC. They stayed and assisted in expertly and precisely placing and hanging everything for us which was a HUGE help! They were kind, patient, courteous and so respectful of my client and her treasures. Exemplary service and will most definitely use them again!
