Had a flat tire at 4am on 101, didn’t want to attempt fixing it myself so I called the first tow truck service that came up on google. Really happy with the service. They were there within 45 mins! The spare was also pretty flat, so the mechanic helped me use the air at the nearby gas station so I could safely get home. Really appreciate the fast and friendly service during this unfortunate car incident!

I had an excellent experience with Unique Towing this morning. Had my Tesla "S" towed to B2 Perfection for repair. Odell was extremely professional, punctual, worked with care and drove cautiously. I had a great experience with Steven (133). Had a flat tire and had to get towed to my go-to tire shop, Steven turned a stressful situation into a quick and easy one with his experience and customer service. Initially was quoted 45 minutes until a truck came but I only waited around 20. Grateful for my experience today, thank you so much!

Terrible experience. My car broke down and I unfortunately only had about 7% charge. They told me they’ll reach me in an hour. I called 911 so there was a cop waiting with me. I called again (55 minutes in) and they said they’d take another 35 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and called them again only to be told it’ll be another 45 minutes. So my initial quote of 1 hour was now going to be 2 hours 15 minutes. The cops called a tow company for me which I could have done way sooner. The issue here is that the dispatcher could’ve actively been checking for updates instead of me having to call. She had zero empathy for the situation throughout. In the first call with her I had only 7% charge and she knew this and had no idea I was calling 911 as well. Imagine if I hadn’t called 911. I would’ve been waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes and they ‘might’ have shown up then. She basically could care less about the situation that I was in. Waiting is one thing but there was a real chance I would’ve been stranded overnight. Given the circumstance, the least she should’ve done is told me upfront it can take 1-3 hours so you should also call 911.
