This company has a contract with the state of AZ? Why? I have been assigned to them and they failed to pick me up. I called 24 hrs prior to appointment and the morning of my appointment and they said they would be here and they didn't. I will file a complaint and I suggest that others do so as well. They are neglecting people from getting medical care.

The owner told my mom he would pick her up from dialysis and she gets out at 11:40am, which he was aware of and told her someone will be there to pick her up. However, no one showed up and she had to call for someone else to come pick her up. He didn’t call her until about 12:45pm asking if she got a ride and in the mist of her telling him he hung up in her face. He’s very rude and disrespectful. I would not trust their services.

I spoke with the owner Weldu he said he was hiring I completed the application & gave them all the necessary documents. He kept stalling to get me in the office to do an interview very unprofessional then made up an excuse and hung up and said he called me back and Ghosted me. Do not recommend this company for any type of business!!!!

This place is Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Never showed up to transport my Mother to dialysis and then lied about the pick up time 4 different times

I'm giving 3 stars because the initial driver that was suppose to pick my patient up, never showed. Another driver, Junior, was dispatched out. He got us to the appointment a little early which we were happy about. He is a very courteous person. For him alone, I'd give 5 stars. He didn't speed or drive crazy. He is a great asset to the company. I hope they recognize it.
