Simply put: Absolutely amazing. We scheduled a drop off and pick up for a friend's wedding, and honestly, from start to finish this company and its team were exceptional. As is usually the case with me, I made the reservation at what could arguably be described as the absolute last possible second (24 hours before needing it but still given I knew about the wedding months before, this was really pushing it) and the support getting everything set up was wonderful. Super friendly, really easy to work with, and honestly, just a truly human experience. Was feeling pretty good about all this before I even got in the car. The next day, our driver shows up a little early so we won't be late, which was very generous given he was waiting for us to finish our inevitable "just need five more minutes, mate." When we get outside and are introduce ourselves to Tom, things immediately got even better. Retired business owner from NY, we spent the hour trip having an absolute blast bantering back and forth over exceptional humour and incredible stories. Bonding over cooking and a shared love of the classic Italian family dinner, Tom had us in great spirits for the wedding. When the night was winding down and we were ready to go, I looked at my partner and said "I'm exhausted. But you watch, we are gonna see Tom again and rally." We stepped into the car, and sure enough, the hour drive back was as hilarious, fun, and entertaining as the first half. The wedding was great. Truly great. So when I tell you we legitimately had a conversation when we got home about how we weren't sure if we had more fun at the wedding or chatting to Tom, I hope that context hits. In conclusion, book with White Horse Transportation. And definitely ask for Tom. If you're lucky, you'll get his meatball recipe too.

Laurie was awesome to talk to about our transportation needs at our daughter's wedding. She gave me lots of ideas being the industry expert. At the end of the day we ended up using a company that has larger party buses but I have no doubt this company would have been great to work with.

I used White Horse recently for transportation to and from a concert at Walnut Creek. Our group had nothing but great things to say about our driver, Tom! Pick up was smooth and he even waited with us until our friends arrived at the venue. When the concert was over, finding Tom in the VIP lot was extremely easy even in the sea of people. 100% worth not waiting for an Uber or Lyft! Thank you Tom for creating a no stress experience!
