Did a load with these guys and have not received any payment nor proof of payment. Broker seems nice but the factoring company that he works with that is in charge of payment is a pain and isn't cooperative. All I'm asking for is proof of payment since they said they "sent a check" and "payment has been cleared" but they keep saying that they don't need to send proof. I don't think there's anything wrong with asking proof since all other brokers I have worked with are able to do that. Sometimes checks get lost or in the wrong hands. It doesn't take 6+ months to check with your bank to see if the load was paid or not. I have never had this kind of problem with any broker/factor when it comes to proving payment. We just want to get paid for the work that we put in. Not asking for extra money.
