I used White Wings Transportation service to transport my brother, who is wheelchair bound, to the hospital for outpatient minor surgery. They picked us up on the agreed upon time and had us at the hospital with time to spare. We were not sure of the length of time the procedure would take but White Wings told us to simply call them when finished and they would send a driver to the hospital. We followed these instructions and we were picked up within ten minutes. I found them to be very accommodating and courteous. The vehicles used to transport us were immaculately clean. They made for a pleasant trouble-free experience and I would definitely use them again.

We have used White Wings 3 times so far, and every trip has been exceptional. Will definitely continue to use them in the future. All staff we have had contact with have been a pleasure to deal with, accommodating for all the needs we have required (wheelchair assistance, support and accompaniment). I called. The person I spoke to ask to call me back for he was driving and needed to pull over. Not a problem for me. He did call back a couple of minutes later. I booked the appointment to pick my father up at his care home. They asked for my credit card number which I provided. I informed them the home would give them the destination. He assured me all would be taken care of but it wasn't. The home called me two days after the appointment and informed me no one came from White Wings to pick up my 91 year father. They called the company and were told there had been no such booking made. I called the company was told the same thing, no booking. He just kept repeating no booking was made when I stated I expected them to follow through on a new appointment, at a reduced rate. I was refused and made to feel I was being called a liar, and had never booked the pickup. I then said that there was nothing they could do for me now and that I was going to let everyone I could, know how this company worked. I also stated I would call the police to report a suspicious activity. This appointment was a medical appointment and therefore quite important. Now it has to be rescheduled. I will never use them again. So I am asking for all who read this to share this post so that other people will know that their aged love might not be care for as they deserved.
