Kris Moxley is the perfect balance between tough and charming. When you are making a big financial, personal and sometimes emotional decision, you want someone who will be a good listener, a strong negotiator and who is respected by their peers. Kris meets all of those expectations. We initially worked with Kris in 2010 when we purchased our Pleasanton home. We were new to the Bay Area real estate market, and Kris was a great coach who was patient, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does for her clients. When we were looking to sell our home in 2024, there wasn’t anyone else we would call to list our home. There is an ease about the way Kris conducts herself and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Kris helped us with the purchase of a property on the Delta. She is familiar with that area and the unique features of property on the river delta. There were many starts and stops with the owner of the property, and Kris handled things with him and his realtor with great diplomacy. Her years of experience were valuable in being able to handle all of the back and forth discussions. I highly recommend her!

She went over and above in resolving every issue and explaining each step in the process.
