We hired Johnson Moving on 6/28/22 to move furniture and a refrigerator from our garage into our new house. While moving our brand new refrigerator into the house, it was damaged while the movers were bringing it through a doorway. The lead crew member immediately called the owner (Jason Amburgey) to let him know what happened. In speaking with Jason, he has admitted to the damage seen in the pictures provided to him, but refused to cover the cost to replace the damaged doors on the refrigerator. He stated the standard insurance they provide is reimbursement for $.60 per pound of the weight of the damaged item and wants me to remove the doors from the fridge, weigh them, and provide him with a claim in writing in which he has 120 days to respond to. Absolutely absurd!!!!! As a former business owner myself, I understand accidents do happen. I am very disappointed Jason Amburgey is unwilling to make things right and take care of his customers.

Moving is a pain but I couldn’t have asked for better crew than the team at William HH Johnson Moving Company. Jackie who answers the phones was always polite, courteous, and the definition of hospitable. Steve and Nick were excellent movers and took great care with my belongings and the entire move took less than 2 hours, which was less than half of the quoted time. I will definitely use them again should the need arise and wholeheartedly recommend the Johnson Moving Company to anyone needing professional moving services.

I would highly recommend Johnson moving. Jackie was great to deal with and very helpful. Jesse and Demetrius and his co-worker were very efficient at their job and extremely friendly.

Highly recommend this moving company for any type of move. The staff are hardworking, friendly and very knowledgeable. They are very efficient and the prices are great for three guys and a truck. We were very pleased. We will definitely use them again, they are great.

This business has been a staple of Frankfort since 1974. It is a Christian Family faith based business and has remained in the same family through all the many years. Great customer service is their #1 top priority. Trust worthy employees which is very important to us all! They have many levels of service from the smallest of jobs of moving to the complete packing, loading and unloading into your new home. I have never been disappointed by them and would recommend to anyone. Will never move myself as long as Johnson Moving is around to take the work and worry out of what we all dread doing. Thanks Johnson Moving for your great work everytime!! 😊😊
