I didn't know when they were going to arrive until 50 minutes prior. They went to the wrong address first. They didn't have enough room for everything that was in the inventory I provided. One of the patio chairs' fabric was ripped. They charged me the full price even though they didn't move 4 large or heavy pieces and damaged one piece. It's no wonder they are now listed on Google as "temporarily closed".

Just had Three Brothers Moving pick up and transport household materials including one very heavy item which took the three movers together to manage. Matthew, Ricky and Anthony were awesome. They showed up on time, were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were very careful in moving our items. They also did a great job arranging the items they moved. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future. Well worth it!

Very efficient and very good group of movers. 4 bed 3 bath house. Had loaded and in my storage unit in great time. Came in under quote. Nothing scratched and nothing damaged. Owners is very nice. Will use again when I need them.

Would not recommend this company or at least warn you not to work with Erick. We were moving from Idaho to Tennessee for my husband to start medical school. Finances are going to be tight and we were trying to find the cheapest way to move. We were originally going to rent a Uhaul, but my husband was looking at quotes from moving companies to compare because he doesn’t have the best back. We came across Three Brothers and they originally quoted us 5k after we filled out the inventory list and we knew that wasn’t going to be feasible and told them we would just stick with Uhaul. Erick then lowered the quote to “help us out” and we were so grateful that they ended up going cheaper than a Uhaul would be (after factoring in the price of gas for it). Fast forward a few months we get a call from the driver saying he would be here a day early than what we agreed on! We weren’t ready, and not only that, the delivery day was also moved up a day and our landlord wasn’t able to have the place available any sooner. We reviewed our contract to make sure the day wasn’t wrong on our end (which it wasn’t) and then that’s when we noticed the extremely low amount of cubic feet we were allotted in the trailer that wouldn’t even cover a third of what we put on the inventory list. Turns out that instead of Erick cutting us a deal he was just lowering the amount of space we could occupy in the trailer and wasn’t being upfront about it. The movers were great! When they got here they were fast, efficient packers, and wonderful all together. They weren’t able to take more than a third of our stuff and told us that we would have easily needed more than half the truck and that would have been 10k at least! We feel that Erick was shady and deceiving. We sold a lot of stuff and were under what our original inventory included, and yet they couldn’t take hardly anything. I called customer service, we signed a contract, we are willing to accept our defeat and will get a Uhaul for the remaining items, but I wanted them to know about Erick. He should not be a representative for the company whether it’s just him being poor at the job or intentionally being shady. Either way he took our whole moving budget. We won’t be making any money for the next three years while my husband is in school and now we will have no emergency fund with having to cover a Uhaul (we should have just done this in the first place). In summary, review your contract anytime they are cutting you a deal and make sure you compare what cubic feet they are allowing you to have. This was our first time using a moving company, we have always used a Uhaul moving within the state and we had no idea what to expect and trusted a supposed professional.
