They should have a no star review or a negative 5 star. They are blue collar crooks. The search the downtown area and low income housing property's because they know most o those residents won't be able to afford to come up with $500 in just 12 hours. Please Read and comment Today they went to a step up complex and towed a vehicle which was tagged and insured from a disabled gentleman who had to use the back door of the facility because it was the only other door that was handicap accessible. The other door was being repaired at the time. The driver had attempted to tow the car I'm previous days but wasn't able to, due to traffic. The disabled gentleman had his prosthetic leg in the vehicle among other things and was on his way to his dear friends funeral, that yes he was unable to attend. The driver drove while laughing hysterically at the gentleman. He wrecklessly drove out the parking lot. With no thought to the tenants and security who tried to stop the driver because the man was granted permission to use the back door at the time. Come on there taking vehicles from people who are barely getting back on there feet is this how desperate they are to make money that they will take the vehicle of someone in a hardship situation already . Only because they know he probably can't afford there ridiculous amount and how do they expect the man to get there when he seen is prosthetic leg on the front seat... To all the employees I think it's time you all get a irs audit and a visit from the better business bureau to see how you like that to start....

5 stars at being scam artist. They towed my vehicle as I was working on it in front of my residence. In the process of trying to recover my vehicle they called me and said they would “help me out” if I can make it there in an hour. They’ve only had my vehicle for 45 minutes at this point. Come to find out it’s an “after hour pick up” which is an extra $192. The total to get my vehicle back was $660. They maybe had my truck on there lot for 2 hours. You don’t see anyone face to face because they know they’re ripping you off. I’m sure that’s why the big metal gate is there and they drop your vehicle in the street out back for you to pick up. Big time scam! I’d be willing to help anyone with a law suit. Feel free to contact me.

After car was towed yesterday, my cousins bad was missing items from inside. Not even 2 hrs towed and they ransacked my vehicle.. we will be pressing charges.. if anyone would like to join me .. if you have had missing things or just a hassle to get your vehicle please reach out to me.. we will be requesting up to date business permits, indictment management permits.. this specific permit allows them to tow vehicles without our permission what these people do if just wrong…

BUSINESS HOURS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY from 8am to 5pm. Don’t be fooled by the 24hrs listed online. You can call at anytime, but if they help you outside the opening hours they will charge you extra fees. My car was parked in our apartments handicap parking due to me being handicap and having a permit for handicap. But I assume that my plaque fell of the mirror last night. Paid the fees to get my car out all for the plaque to be on the passenger seat. This company is very shady. They take your money right away and then start asking for paperwork and proof of certain things. I wonder, if paperwork was not with me, had I gotten a refund? Another person was there getting their car out. They stated they been dealing with this place for over a week now and each time they make things more and more difficult to get their car out. Times are already tough in this country. Wages are low and the cost of living is high. This little set back is forcing me to have to feed my kids what I could possibly find here at home until next month since I’m on a fixed income due to being disabled. Cereal until July will have to be our meals for now.

I WISH I could give them ZERO STARS.. different hr then what’s stated on their website or Google.. they work with apartments to STEAL vehicles without notice.. I called in distress and the lady that pick up did NOT help at all and obviously she could tell I was in distress. She basically told me “not her problem and to figure it out.” She kept interrupting me and then claim to say I’ve been interrupting her which is not true! I’ve made a claim against them AND the apartments.. what BOTH parties are doing is ILLEGAL.. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!! UPDATE!!! REPORT THIS BUSINESS TO THE BBB AND THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!!!!
