We recently had a move on 9/6/24. Jay, Andy, and Suri were wonderful to work with. Very friendly and made sure everything that needed to get moved, got moved. We were getting close to the estimated amount of time so once the boxes were unpacked, jay stopped the clocked even though the beds needed to be set up still. Very appreciative of this. The only reason for the three stars, is we did end up with some damage. Two of the items that required padding and wrapping from the company ended up getting damaged and we noticed this while we were unpacking. One was our stainless steal trash can with multiple dents now and another was a basket with a hole. In addition, our wall got damaged at some point while moving items to the basement so this will require some work and will cost money to repair. If using the company, I would just recommend examining your things and walls prior to them leaving and paying. Otherwise, we had a good experience. They also provide wardrobe boxes which was very helpful.

Windy City Movers lived up to my expectations and more. They were great from start to finish. They did a thorough review of the job for estimate purposes and confirmed the estimate closer to the date. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of service we received. Everyone, from Brae to Dash to the moving team, was highly responsive. Brae, our point person, helped us navigate all the details of the move and was always available throughout the process to accommodate the changes we needed. She was a pleasure to work with, as was Dash, the owner. I appreciated that Dash personally came early on and helped us estimate the number of boxes we’d need using a formula which proved to be very accurate. And our moving team was great. On our moving days, Tim (the team lead) kept us informed of their progress and estimated arrival times, which was very helpful. In terms of the actual move, I was really impressed with the quality and efficiency of the job – they got it done very quickly and took great care to wrap all my fragile items and those with drawers (not having to empty them was great!). Everything arrived intact with no damage. They made sure everything was placed where I wanted it in my new place, and they were very neat. No mess at all. In sum, I highly recommend them and will use them again for my next move. It's a great company with highly skilled, efficient moving team and very responsive staff.

Mike, Carlos and Enrique were incredible! Moved me from the city to my house in the suburbs super quickly and efficiently. They were super friendly and made the day really easy. Disassembled and reassembled furniture with ease and no damage. 10/10 would highly recommend for anyone moving.

Carlos, Justin and Felix were phenomenal!! So efficient, professional and handsome and worth their weight in gold. They packed up my friend's home and relocated her with speed and a attention to every detail. Highly recommend them!!!
