Not sure about their actual “services”, but their drivers apparently can’t read street signs. This van almost clipped me when they had a yield sign, and I had the right away. Then he had the audacity to glare at ME when I took this picture. If this driver was transporting my elderly father, I’d be fuming. I’m just thankful I have decent brakes!

Great driver and service. He communicated clearly and politely. Kept me updated of arrival and pick up. Very attentive to those needing assistance. Made sure everyone was dropped off at the correct building and door for their appointments. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Staff has reduced & nolonger happy with services. Had a driver, one of two, (2) whom didn't have another pick up for 2 hours, and owner wouldn't let them stop two minutes on my way home to pick up something because it wasn't already approved and the wouldn't get paid. Plus, they always asked to to text my trips, (important when u have medical appointments), well needless to say, I missed a couple appts., & had to reschedule which is a long way out & not good when ur unhealthy!!
