Nate, the owner, came out and looked at my house prior to the move, just to get an idea of what would be needed manpower-wise. I liked him from the get-go! Great guy, very personable. After meeting him, I knew I'd found a great company. I got a few estimates, and most are in the same price range. So just find a company you like, one that gets good reviews about the employees being friendly, taking care of the furniture, etc. WM Pro guys were all that. Got my 1400 sq ft house completely loaded and unloaded into the new house 45 minutes away from start to finish in 5 hours! I was truly impressed. I would gladly call them again for my next move.

We used this company about 6 months ago to move from South Austin to Far North Austin. Nate's son and another young man were the ones who came to help us. It was getting pretty late into the evening, and yet, they were still so incredibly pleasant and courteous. I feel like they really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and had quality service. And, when we were handling all the arrangements with Nate, he was more than professional and truly one of a kind. I take any opportunity I can to recommend them to others, and we will definitely be calling them again for our next move.

Just moved earlier today from a 2 story (2000 sq ft) to a 1 story (2400 sq ft) home. Cannot say enough good things about WM Pro Movers. Showed up on time in the morning and despite initially being contracted for 3 movers, they brought an extra mover for free! When they show up, they start out with a quick walkthrough of the home (5-10 mins) so they know what to expect. Then these guys just hustled for the next 3 and a half hours and completed my entire move. They were super careful with my furniture and covered any wood furniture with blankets and tape to protect it. I had other small requests that I asked for them to take care of, and they helped with zero hesitance. Their professionalism is nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend WM Pro Movers to anyone who needs help with their move. These guys will get the job done fast and for a fair price.

I was referred to this company by my realtor who has referred clients to them before with great experiences. I cannot say I had the same experience. There were two gentleman who showed up to help me move. One was very nice while the other was very gruff. I asked for my couch to be wrapped (because it’s a light color) and they did not wrap it. I asked for something to be put on the door frame to prevent my things from being damaged and they didn’t put anything on it. They put majority of my wood tables and other furniture into one giant box unprotected. When we got to the place I moved and got the couch inside the edges and arm rests had black dirt on the from the door frame out of the old unit and into the new (because they didn’t put anything on the door frame at the new place either). It also got dirty from being put in the truck with everything on top of it - yes the didn’t wrap it and put totes on top of it. When I said something about it the mover was defensive and said it was already damaged - yet they didn’t mention anything. He said a darker spot on the middle cushion showed any wear or damage was from me. So a darker spot from wear resulted in black on the sides and edges? Not to mention the sweaty face print and dirty hand prints on the microfiber - I guess that was my fault too. I haven’t sat on the couch since I moved in because of it being dirty and having someone else’s sweat on it. I contacted the owner prior to leaving a review because I understand small businesses need good reviews to bring in new clients. He said he “was beside himself because they had everything to wrap my furniture and put something on the door frame.” He said he would arrange a time with me to come over and spot clean or clean the couch and never did. So I ended up paying $400 for movers and $150 to get my couch steam cleaned professionally because of how the movers treated something that belonged to me. If you are looking for movers I caution you if you decide to use this company if you have nice furniture that you don’t want damaged. I’d also like to mention how they stopped to fold the moving blankets multiple times while still charging me versus moving my stuff out of the truck and folding at the end so I wouldn’t incur an additional charges. They definitely did not care and kept stopping which resulted in me having to pay more. Sorry, Nate. I had a bad experience and have had to spend way more money than I should have because of them and two weeks after using your company did not hear back from you.

Ryan and Jeremiah were fast and shockingly carful. I'm very pleased how they performed and the cost was very reasonable. Only surprises I got was a credit card fee but it was very much worth it. I most definitely will call WM Pro Movers again.
