Hi Sam and Mike were my transport guys on the way back from Stamford and I’m gonna tell you I have been transported a ton of times within the facility to Stanford from Stanford other places and these guys were so amazing. They were funny they made me laugh I was laughing and laughing and laughing And they made a trip enjoyable. I always tell people about my my experience with them. I would give 6 stars if I could. They were fantastic and exceeded any expectation I could have for such a service. I called them as an emergency at 6:50am knowing I was scheduled for surgery at 7am, and needed a ride around 1pm of the same (due to a misunderstanding from my part). They were extremely patient despite my bad phone connection, strong foreign accent, and multiple card failures (due to my cards being all from Mexico). Due to time constraints, they exceptionally promised me to come and pick me up (so I could go ahead and get the surgery), even though I still had not been able to make the payment. I am so grateful, and I can't recommend them enough!

If I could leave a 10 star review for My Medical Ride Transit Services, especially Sam, I would do just that. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Mike yet, but I’m sure he’s amazing too. I have used other Medical transit Services a number of times for my post-stroke mother but fortunately, I recently discovered My Medical Ride Transit Services for another dear family member. Sam goes above and beyond any other driver in the other companies. He is incredibly kind, compassionate, reliable, and punctual. He treats his passengers, as though they are his friends, and it is so obvious how much he cares about people. Each time Sam has driven my family member to an appointment, he’s gone out of his way to help and his communication skills are excellent. I trust him implicitly. If you are looking for a medical ride transit service company, look no further because Sam’s company is stellar in every sense of the word.
