This company is very unprofessional and unorganize. Last year I used them and ended up having to set up the bounce house with them along with 2 kids around around the age of 10. Pretty funny. Today they were scheduled to come out at 1:30pm. The woman on the phone said they would be out today. Well today is here and they never called. Never stated anything besides that she will take the deposit money when the company arrives with the bounce house. So I called today over 20x, left 2 voicemails, and a facebook message asking what was going on. An hr and a half after the party began I got a call back with from a lady raising her voice very loudly stating that the reason they were not out is because of me. Horrible service. I will never consider using this company again. Thank you for making my 5 year olds birthday extra special for her. Im sure other parents would love your service.
