Mitchell was awesome through the whole process. He worked with us on every aspect of our loan. He even came back after hours so we could go home with our truck. For a used vehicle this truck is everything we needed and could have wanted. The process is lengthy but hang in there IT IS WELL WORTH IT!!!! Thank you Wright Choice Auto.

I bought a 2011 Chevrolet Suburban from Wright Choice Auto Sales LLC in Athens, Tn. After a week of the purchase, the check engine light came on. In April, 4 months later, I experienced, while driving, a catastrophic transmission failure that caused the vehicle to stall in oncoming traffic. I was able to avoid any accidents by putting the vehicle in neutral and using the hill I was on to roll back into my lane. After getting the transmission repaired from LRC automotive, my steering wheel began to shake. I brought it in. The brakes and rotors needed replacement. This means Wright Choice performed no maintenance on these vehicles and are in fact selling dangerous products with total disregard to the public. All in all, after 4 months of owning the vehicle, my safety was jeopardized; in addition, I have spent in excess of $5000 in repairs. I called Mitchell Wright to see what he thought of the situation. He apologized for my experience but could not offer any financial assistance. He even said during the conversation, “I told a customer of mine that I do not trust any of these vehicles.” I would have appreciated this advice. For any future buyers, you now have the benefit of his sentiment toward the vehicles he is selling you. If I had known this, I would have behaved differently. Instead, he told me, “I had this vehicle’s motor and drive train checked at the auction and even pulled my boat with it.”, implying that this vehicle is serviced and ready to drive. Unfortunately, I fell for it. I fell for it partially because he told me he was a pastor and I thought I could trust him. Lesson learned for me. I do not believe I am deserving of any financial reimbursement from Mitchell Wright. I do believe in good faith he could have forfeited any profit he made from the sale to help me and my family recover from this huge loss of savings. Alas, he is no longer returning my phone calls or text messages. So instead, I am issuing this complaint to protect the public from his sales tactics that could leave a family in danger. The Suburban is meant to be my wife’s vehicle. I dread to think she could have been driving my kids and could have had this transmission failure happen on train tracks or into oncoming traffic as it did with me. I thank God it happened to me and not them. So, at this point, I would just like to protect the public and have Mitchell begin selling vehicles that will make him a profit but do not put the public safety at risk. He needs to be corrected for his deceitful tactics. Thank you for your time. Update: He finally called me back. Unfortunately, we could not make a mends. I agreed to take more responsibility when purchasing a vehicle and do more due diligence. He would not agree to heed my warning on the type of vehicles he is selling. I hope he reads this and notices the corrections I have made in this comment. I am praying for you Mitch.
