So they contacted me through Facebook to purchase some storage tanks that we have. They first tried to offer me half price on what I had the tanks listed for, which was half of what they would have to pay if bought new. When I didn’t caved to their pressure to lower the price, they agreed to buy three of them. So they set up a meeting for 1 o’clock. The location of these tanks is about an hour away from where I was, but I agreed to meet them there at 1 PM. I spoke to them at about 12:30 in the afternoon confirming the 1 o’clock, and he did. At about 10 after one I tried calling him, and then at 1:30 I tried calling him and then at 1:45 he sends me a message through Facebook saying they can’t make it today sorry. Completely unprofessional and downright insulting. Wasted my afternoon, and they couldn’t even be bothered to tell me until they were way past when they should’ve been there. And this is a transport company, so you can imagine what they will be like when you are on the receiving end of their poor performance.

An unreliable service I work for a large staffing firm in the greater Detroit area. We partnered with Wright Way and had a pretty solid relationship with them for a few months. They were assisting us with a large company, transporting associates to and from, for 2 shifts. Abruptly, they decided to end the runs to our client with no notice, and no warning. This caused 2 of the company's production lines to close and really showed an unprofessional and unethical service. This also was very disturbing to all of the associates they had placed there. Many loved their job and have been scrambling trying to find alternate routes to this place of employment. A simple phone call or a few day notice would had sufficed. Plain and simple.... unprofessional and unreliable company.

I work for a huge staffing company. We partnered with wright way to transport our employees back and forth from a job site. Without notice they stopped taking our employees to and from work. This caused lines to go down and ultimately caused good employees to lose their source of income. This company is very unprofessional, I would never recommend them to anyone. You're better off calling uber!!

They was okay but quickly went down hill they have snotty employees who don't answer on the weekend's then get upset with the customer because they upset they have to miss work or call off cause wright way had paid employees there the weekend that just didn't answer the phone and they dont Honor voicemails or check them for that matter. Horrible service the pass three or so weeks from them...had to call off to many times because of a mishaps with them and They dont even care they putting somebody job on the line.
