Although we work with them, it is one of the worst options in terms of service and honesty. They broke our facilities with their trucks and they don't respond to messages in 3 months! They send fewer boxes and you have to ask them to check it, not just once, at least 10 times. They change personnel without notice, due to complaints with several and their exploitation. Regarding the damage to our warehouse, after much insistence they unilaterally terminated an “investigation”, claiming that the versions with their staff are contradictory, leaving us idly and with losses. Although the merchandise arrives in an average of 3 months, we know that when something in the process fails, they will always disappear. We are alert that something worse could happen to us any day. We continue, for now, only for a logistical issue at the Yiwu winery, but gradually reducing operations, until hopefully reaching zero in the medium term. We have more than 50 imports with them, they are not in the least interested in providing decent care.
