Loud motor sounds from the hallway all night. Floorboards squeaked when you walked. Room 524. The breakfast was a 3 at best, few choices. Parking lot was very crowded and the tram made it difficult getting in and out.

Nice clean comfortable room. Airport shuttle runs approx every 15 minutes during busy times. Airport pickup is outside. at the “Hotel Pickup Area” and is for all the hotels. Look for the sign. You must flag down the Van with the logo on the side. Breakfast starts promptly at 6am, has many choices, and excellent staff. There are numerous breakfast choices. In the adjacent parking lot is 24hr Dennys, Roasted Chicken Cafe, and a Casino and Bar serving adult beverages. The hotel does a City Mall free shuttle at 3pm, and Gastro restaurant & mall run at 7pm. The train station and car rentals are 1 block. All the tours pickup at this hotel. Being so close to the airport, you will miss all the crazy San Jose traffic trying to get to the airport. I’m a repeat customer. Every staff member encountered so professional. Recommend

Rooms not that clean. You can almost taste dust when AC turns on. Towels feels like sand paper”not all” coffee in the lobby cold most of the time. Break fast is nah. Pancake machine straight up from junk yard, works when it wants. Hampton next door is way better. Guys on front desk are mostly cool dudes.

The manager Fedan treated us so well. We were there for a 5 night stay to rest after chemotherapy. We had an issue the first night and Fedan took care of us and handled the situation beautifully showing great care and concern for guests in his hotel. We will definitely be back!

Room was clean and breakfast was fine but could have been better. From our room we could hear a very loud noise constantly. Could not tell what it was as we weren't that close to elevator. Sounded like construction cutting and sawing. Went all hours of the night. The laundry room was laughably maddening. 2 washers and 2 dryers but both dryers were out of service. Stayed for 4 nights and never got fixed. Had to go to a laundromat. The pool was FREEZING. Like maybe 70 degrees. Would not recommend.
