Took my car to get AC fixed. $400 to "fix" o ring on hose going into compressor that didnt fix it. Took it back in, after several tests they finally found a leak on the compressor that is 3 years old, replaced it and it didnt work still. After more tests, it "was" the evaporator behind the dash. maybe. I feel the tech didnt know how to identify the problem and just started doing things hoping he would fix it, while bleeding me for money. They had my vehicle 3 times, each time would have a new BS problem that didnt exist before, bleeding me for more money. I will never return here. #update. 2 days later I'm broke down due to overheating. You hack ass tech.

Very good service from initial inquiry to picking up my vehicle. Denton was very helpful in getting my F150 in asap, diagnosed, estimate given, and repairs completed. They had to keep my pickup overnight and gave us a nice loaner car to use at no cost. Explanation of repairs, cost, and timetable were clear and held. Whole experience was great, all aspects were professional. I will definitely use Yingling’s again in the future.

Deluxe customer service, everything explained,pictures, tests,I was completely taken care of, treated with respect. Prices were comparable for the work completed..they were thorough and knowledgeable. Thank you yinglings!

I recently had a check engine light on in my truck as well as an airbag light. I had Yingling’s check it out and run a scan to see if they could figure out what was going on. Later on, I got a call letting me know that the scan showed I needed a new clock spring. While I was happy that they were able to find out why my light was on, I was charged $355 just to have the vehicle scanned not including any repairs. I was told that he actually gave me a discounted price since they had to scan for the airbag light and the check engine light. After reviewing the cost of repairs with me and charging me $355, there was no incentive to repair here or any type of credit to give me back even part of the scan cost. I took my vehicle to another local repair facility and they scanned my truck in 15 minutes for free. I would have considered getting repairs done at Yinglings if they would have offered me some sort of incentive to repair it there. Instead, I paid $355 just to find out what was wrong.

This was my second time at Yingling's and I will honestly say that these guys are great! Came here because I had worked with JD and Shane in the past and I knew I would be in good honest hands. When I had come for an oil change it was recommend that I get new tires, battery, shock & struts, alignment, which sounds like a lot but when the mechanic is inspecting your vehicle, they also take images, that are sent to you and you can actually see your car parts. Called JD on a Tuesday and with in minutes, he had an estimate for all the work I was requesting/needing to be done, he had the parts ordered and was able to get me in the very next day. SO AWESOME! At the time of pick up, everything was ready to go AND when I had gotten in my car, there was a little Halloween treat of candy with a little coupon card. Highly recommend Yingling's to everyone, they have great customer service with advisors who listen, cute little waiting room, offer a complimentary car if needed, images and quotes sent to you for your car, coupon deals and treats. Keep up the great work guys!!!
