The worst moving company ever. Wish I can put 0 stars but it doesn't let me post it. Hired them to do an out of country move and they are not even licence for it. I was out of the country and I couldn't be present, so PLEASE, if you hire this unreliable and dishonest company, be present when they move your belongings. They knew I needed to move my stuff internationally and they lied to me saying that they can do the job, but weren't capable to handle any of it. They never listed anything, which is what you are supposed to do when you move internationally.. How do you go to the border without any list of items? Dumb! I was still charged a fortune to move within the same city. Fragile items weren't packed properly and several items were broke and lost. I also was missing a gold chain worth thousand of dollars, an expensive set of quality Japanese knives, an expensive shabby chic king size frame, a double bed frame completely broke, and a queen size bed missing frame and other parts, so useless now. Missing other items belonging to the kitchen and house in general. They lost pieces which I never got of course. I was told to trust this company that my stuff would be securely stored and protected.. That was far from the truth. I definitely don't recommend anyone hiring this company. THEY SUCKED!

Used Noteworthy for a major move that involved a lot of different locations. Evan was on top of the move at every point and they came in under the estimate. Great experience from start to finish.

I post this review after seeing the unfortunate comments the owner used to reply to my previous online post and with hopes that the company has learned from my experience and has not repeated it with other customers since. After a stellar experience using Noteworthy once, I hired them a second time several years ago only to experience a nightmare in which they moved items from two different houses into one location. Due to them being overly busy, they threw too many people at the jobs, did not properly track the property, and bottom line ended up with some damage and a fair amount of lost items. It took months to try to reconcile the problems and over time the discovery of even yet more that had been lost (but too late to report). While at first, management made some attempts to take care of the issues, it didn't take long before they tried to walk away and deny responsibility. Their chorus turned into blame the victim, a plaintiff refrain they cleverly try to put forward in another online post. While I have no doubt that the company had previously performed well and likely for the most part does good work, any prospective customer at least might question the integrity, character, and professionalism of any business so eager to defame its customer. Fair game to contest and disagree with my description of events; name-calling, blaming, and shaming - is that what you look for in those with whom you do business?

They care about your stuff and protect your valuables. Highly recommend.
