This company broke my $5000 all-glass conference table! I hired this company to move my business. It was an absolute disaster from start to finish. This franchise guy, Chris, has the nerve to offer me $210.00 instantly, claims his company is only responsible for $0.60 PER POUND of anything they damaged. And he insisted that I signed “the contract,” which I absolutely did NOT. I was still at home when they began the move. You really need to watch out when dealing with sketchy companies like this. I strongly advise against using this company! Chris is a total jerk! He has no clue how to treat customers or manage a business. He will be hearing from my lawyer very soon. To make matters worse, they charged me nearly $700 to move 1 XL conference table, 3 desks, 4 file cabinets, and a printer. My new office is just 5 minutes away from the old one. Their prices are outrageous, but I was willing to pay because I wanted professionals to handle my conference table. Despite owning a box truck, we decided to go with their services for a proper move. Even before the table broke, they managed to damage a light fixture, and Chris, who keeps bragging about being the owner, showed a terrible attitude over the phone. Out of the 4 individuals attempting to move the conference table, it was his carelessness that led to the breakage. It's truly heartbreaking when your staff speak poorly of you as his did. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare. And to make matters worse, one of the workers had a disgusting odor. I wish I could give ZERO stars for this bootleg company with their bot reviews.

Lazy horrible service, the lead Antonio came in unprofessional and not enthusiastic about even working. Not sure why he is even moving people. He left his coworker Donte to do ALL the work. That young man deserves a raise because he was very helpful and welcoming. They did not have tools on hand to break my rails down. They left the rails, a tote, a very long lamp that I had to leave since it can't fit in a car. My computer chair, microwave and a ton of miscellaneous items that were in a box. I paid them $465 and the manager Christopher who the lead Antonio talked about badly the entire time was NOT helpful! He had an attitude like he doesn't like his job either. Sad case, my leasing office manager could not believe how lazy Antonio was. She brought it up to me when I turned in my keys. Overall horrible experience and I deserve some of my money back since I still had to work after I was moved by picking up the items they did not remove!

If you are considering this moving company, BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY! I just downgraded my initial 2-star review. I would NOT recommend You Move Me St. Louis for your moving needs. While the team members are very easy going and polite, they lack the knowledge and experience for moving your personal belongings. I used their service on 6/7/24 and they left a deep hole in the wall in my new construction home.Deep and long scratches on the dining table, lots of scratches on my leather sofa and a broken coffee table. When I called for an estimate , they promised bells and whistles, great furniture and house protection, just what you want to hear. In reality, my 11-year-old daughter would do a much better job protecting the furniture (see pics, please – a single layer of thin plastic wrap for my leather couch!) The moving service crew attempted to move my big, 200+ lbs. dining table with the legs still attached. I advised them to take the legs off, but they said it should be fine. As soon as they moved the table in the building hallway, it got stuck and they had to take them off to get the table out. Later, I learned they only took 2 legs off, just to carry it out. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! If you care about your furniture and your new place, please, be WARNED. Paying a bit extra for a more reputable company will save you from lots of headache and additional costs from the negligence. UPDATE: A 3rd party furniture repair tech arrived to my house on 6/17/24 to attempt a repair. The scratches were so great that he said they would need to take the table to the shop and sand it down, in order to fix it. Response from You Move Me regarding this - "I understand you’re not happy with the repairs but we have done more work than we are legally obligated to do for you. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but unfortunately that’s as much as we will cover." In other words, you pay for the service that will ruin your belongings and you will be left with the repair bill. I hope this post will help you decide what's right for you. (They did discount the total bill for some damages, but that was hardly covering 1/4 of my ruined furniture). Also, BE WARNED about what they are requiring you to sign prior to your move - they tell you they will pay ONLY 60 cents per POUND of your damaged furniture. You might see your expensive belongings disappearing before your eyes! Good luck!
