Eddie is professional and courteous! He is flexible and understanding and goes out of his way to accommodate the needs of his clients. His employees are capable and efficient. Embarrassingly enough, I had more items then I previously thought when originally making an appointment, but Eddie and his team tackled the oversized load with ease and charged a more than fair price. I am so grateful 🥲

The worst experience ever!! I would give ZERO stars if it was possible! This was our first time hiring movers and it was such a disappointment. They were scheduled to come at 9am. First red flag was the manager texted me at 8pm the night before confirming (which I had already scheduled the move 3-4 weeks before). The movers did not show up until 12:50pm. Between 9am-12:50pm, I contacted the manager multiple times on an ETA. He lied each time about the time (saying they were either 10-30 minutes away each time, which was a lie). When the two movers did arrive, it was a male and female. The male mover said that he did not know about the job until the morning of. The manger lied to me and said that the guy “overslept”. When the movers pulled up they both got out of the truck arguing (2nd red flag). The lady mover then proceeded to ask to use our restroom and stayed in there for a while. They did not come with any supplies or wrap (luckily we had wrap, so my boyfriend and myself had to wrap all furniture). The female mover did not help at all. My boyfriend and myself had to help the male mover. I contacted the manager multiple times letting him know that the two were arguing the entire time and nothing was really getting done! He continued to say he would send someone else (which the other guy didn’t show up until after we were moved out the first apartment -about 5 hours later)! The female mover was the only one with a drivers license, so they had to meet the new mover (again, which took 5 hours). My boyfriend followed them to meet with the new driver, they stopped at a gas station (lady mover locked the guy mover out of the truck and stayed in the bathroom gas station for over 40 minutes). It was horrible!! I can say that the two guy movers did get things moved into our new apartment swiftly, which we did appreciate and thanked them for (giving them a tip for the hard work). When it was time to pay, the manager definitely tried to overcharge us, which I still feel like we were overcharged for the lack of service, communication, and the terrible overall experience. After giving me the price(overcharged price), he spoke with my boyfriend about the price and wanted to argue with him regarding the price! Overall, I would not recommend this moving company! The manager was just as terrible as the overall moving experience!

By far the worst moving company ever: Scheduled for 9am. They showed up at 12:50pm, with 1 man, 1 woman. Who argued the whole time, literally screaming at each other. Did not wrap anything, the woman did literally nothing. Didn’t move with item. It took the 1 man 7 hours to complete the job. And wait, the woman quit on the job and she the only one that had a license, so we had to wait an additional 2 hours on a new driver to drive stuff to new apartment.. please save yourself some trouble and find someone else to move your furniture. And on top of everything, the owner still tried to charge us for the full 7 hours.

Amazing movers I highly recommend them! We had them move our piano and they were quick, efficient and super friendly. They treated it like it was their own and I will definitely use them again for future moves, super impressed by the guys who helped us

I had the worst move with Youngstars. As it was a long distance move from Dallas to Houston, it was already stressful enough but they made it even worse. Joe and Mitchell did not inform me when they were heading to Houston with my belongings. Because of this, they did not grab everything including my vacuum, several art pieces, and miscellaneous items that my boyfriend and I had to throw in the car and take ourselves. They also left boxes and supplies of their own. After speaking with them after they left, I gave them instructions and the name of the lady who was working in the leasing office at my new apartment so they could get started with moving since they left WAY before me. I arrive in Houston to find out they had not been in my new apartment at all. AGAIN, they had not confirmed they arrived in Houston with my belongings until I called and asked. Very frustrated at this point, we were all in a rush to be done as they were heading back to Dallas the same day. There was no final walkthrough of their truck or my new apartment to ensure nothing was broken or left behind. Come to find out, my dresser was VERY broken. The legs are falling off and the whole structure is wobbly. I also didn’t see a final bill before my card was charged which led to me being charged a cheaper amount than expected from the original quote. When I called the owner and informed them all of this, they were very rude on the phone and said there was nothing they could do since I signed my name. They also refused to refund me for the supplies that weren’t used since THEIR movers left it in my old apartment. HORRIBLE customer service…please don’t use them.
