I have moved a load for different broker & they didn’t pay me and closed their business. Then I reached shipper & receiver and told them what happened and they told me they didn’t sell the load to the broker I booked with. Actually they sold the load to us logistics. Then I reached to us logistics and they told me they’ll help me to get paid and wanted me to send them original POD via fedex to them so they can take action and I sent them original BOL overnight and next day they send me email that they can’t do anything about it & I told them to send me original paperwork so I can take another action & have original paper back if I need to claim through insurance & they told me I sent them photo copies NOT ORIGINAL and they discarded the paperwork I sent them (fishyy)😣😣.. broker name is Michelle Johnson and guy name Tyler Lubbers from US logistics who plying this. I still have 1 more carbon copy left ( BOL was like those 3 color papers white, pink and yellow ) Now I’ll report everything to FMCSA and business bureau and see what happen

Rick McDougall broker, cheater, pay us load on racks, loaded us with full floor load, and looks how their unload looks like :@ Cost me more than his load bc i need to cancelled next stady line bc of his laying! If get load from this nasty guy, just please get much more money extra from him!

THIS BROKERAGE WILL NOT PAY YOU DETENTION, LAYOVER, or TONU. They will lie to you and say they will but you will never get it. I STRONGLY ADVISE against hauling for this company. YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER SOMEHOW.

Liars. They gave an appointment time for delivery, but at delivery no one knows this and they postponed unloading for 4 days. The broker (katerin rodrigues) then began to lie that she called another number to schedule appointments. In fact, she most likely knew that the driver would not be unloaded for several days. No money, no apology. They just stopped truck for 4 days. Thank you, rotten broker.

Worst broker, you can ever choose. They are so unprofessional. After my truck had been there for 5h, he told me that he could offer me a different load and that his customer is not letting him pay us TONU. After that, he called us again and told us that he could only do 100. Do not work with this broker. Worst of the worst
