I cannot speak for their packing and storage of items, but I wanted to rate their cleanliness after completing a job. This company moved my neighbors and after they drove off I noticed they left nails all over the road and sidewalk. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this until one of my tires had a nail in it.

Very unprofessional moving staff. I spoke several times with a schedulling lady who was very nice and professional. We scheduled a moving day. Then they requested to come to my apartment to have an idea of exactly how long it would take them to move it all. Nobody ever came. I had to call them back asking what happened and see if we could schedule another time for them to come over. Some other lady picked up and the only thing she said is nobody was coming and they were too busy to do the job for me. All this after we had already scheduled the service with them. I STRONGLY advise you to go with somebody else. They're more expensive than pretty much everyone else in town. Try Local Moves Only. I called them afterwards and was able to get it sorted out within 3 min. Really terrible experience with Yucca Moving.

Do yourself a favor do not let this company handle your (espeacially overseas) PCS move. They will mark your stuff as damaged even if it is new so, the do not pay for repairs or replacement. Now have to deal with JAG office to get 30k damage they done. Like a joke they agree to pay onl partial shattered stuff and proposed damages are 1.5k. What a joke! Beware and use some one else unless yo plan on waiting year and a half to settle with Jag office! Very unprofessional and crapy service!!!! We will NEVER use them ever again!

When I called they asked me what size truck I was using and I told them, they told me take about 2-3 hrs, I said OK. And they should come 10AM, but they got here 8:30! I was doing something else, so they driving and waiting time still charge me! Also they drive a small truck to do that job! NOT YET! One guy was one hand talking the phone one hand doing his job! SO only moved half my stuff AND took over 4hrs!! DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Once again the folks at Yucca came through for us with flying colors!! They moved my son into his new home this weekend and didn’t bat an eye upon learning that they needed to pick up furniture from 3 different locations in town (we had furniture stored everywhere) before making it to the final stop of the new house. Some items in storage were behind other stuff and they helped us move things around with no issues. Not only did the get everything to the new house in one piece, they were happy to place everything in its intended location. Our other son will be moving cross country in the next few months and we will be hiring Yucca for that move as well. Thank you Yucca for making what should have been an extremely stressful day into smooth sailing!!
