I had the same issue as in other reviews. They claimed they attempted to deliver, but they actually did not. The delivery time was changed four times, and nothing was ever delivered. They said the business was closed and the customer was unavailable, but they have a fob to enter the apartment building and did not use the access pad or call me. It is an awful experience. They lied 5 times that they will deliver my package within a couple hours. It has not been delivered.

Like all other reviews I also faced the same issue. attempted delivery and then rescheduled to next day for 2 days back to back. So I finally went to San Jose FedEx office to pick from Fremont. Its horrible to tell lies that delivery was attempted. May be its better to tell come to office and pickup yourself than falsely telling we tried delivery where as tracking status was showing it never left San Jose.

The attitude that the blonde lady had was nasty I was on the line waiting to get assistance,a dude walk in and get helped I was raising my concern,told the dude the line start here nicely thats not fair ur cutting the line “how come you never see us” ! Out of a sudden the fedex lady said you cant say like this,dude instead of tealing me to shut up or to be calm,you can ask the guy who jump infront of me,you should observe who comes first this is ur job what a world are we ,this lady need to get well trained how to handle customers nicely But the other lady-co worker deserves a five handling the situation like a boss professional and respectful.

Been dropping off shipments for my company and personal items for years, service always quick, the facility always clean, the staff are courteous and well trained! Parking can be an issue towards late afternoon due to the next day shipping cut off time.

The driver falsely claims attempted delivery, evidenced by the tracking halting at my apartment door before they depart. This has occurred four times without any attempt to contact me via phone or door knock. Such laziness and dishonesty are unacceptable.
