My sister was on her way back from Durango, MX, coming to Dallas, TX. When she calls us crying at night saying "the driver left because his shift ended and there was suppose to be a second driver who hasn't gotten here yet because he supposedly fell asleep and we are in the middle of the road with the bus turned off, no AC, it's super hot" this was during the SUMMER. All passengers left on the side of the road, SCREAMING with the door locked. My sister was traveling with her 4 MONTH OLD BABY, and the baby was crying because of how hot it was until another bus drove by and helped them take them to the border. Hours after!!!! When we complained, they said, "There was supposed to be another driver he probably fell asleep." They didn't even offer an apology or even a refund. I could give 0 stars if I could.

My parents were traveling to Mexico due to a death in the family, we were traveling to Irvin, TX from Oklahoma for them to catch the bus there. They refused to wait on us 25 minutes from their scheduled departure as we were running behind on time. I have over 20 years experience in customer service from my banking career and I have never met a business that lacks so much empathy, care and understanding for their customers!!

Back of the bus a lot leg space although the seats don’t lean back much… for a 16 hr trip it was uncomfortable and also don’t like how they don’t allow you to reserve your seat like other buses it’s first come first serve… other then that it was alright ac and tvs worked bus driver pretty fast.

February 2023 & July 2023 has had 2 fatality accidents. February’s accident was in Saltillo 2 were killed & July was in Zacatecas 8 were killed . There’s no telling how many more in the past, I only know about these 2 accidents because I had friends on the buses when accidents happened. The bus line never helped the passengers or cared. I know they are cheap tickets but don’t forget you get what you pay for! Do not risk it!

Worst trip ever 2hrs. Into the trip from Rio grande to dallas the bus broke down they brought a replacement worst piece of $#@% the seats are so stiff the front door almost flows open with the wind according their rules rules driver can only drive or stay in the bus 8hrs. He was over 10 with no co-driver don't think we'll use them again ho and the seats are not reserved so if you get transfer good luck
