Couldn't be happier with Zayn Movers. The crew were amazing- they arrived exactly on time and got down to business immediately. Everyone wore masks the whole time and were very respectful. Zayn Movers definitely exceeded my expectations for moving. They have been professional and transparent with every step of the moving process. My husband and I moved into our new apartment yesterday. We had 2 movers and they were wearing masks and were taking the correct covid precautions that we had hoped for. They came on time and were very polite and professional. It was pouring rain and they ensured that none of our items got wet. They added extra protection to the TV that we had wrapped and also our dresser. The job was finished much faster than we anticipated, leaving the rest of the day for us to unpack our things. We recommend Zayn Movers wholeheartedly to those moving in the tristate area. Great service with honest and kind people.

An acquaintance referred Zayn Movers to me for my move, and I was not disappointed! Hossein is the person in charge, and he set up my move efficiently, answering all my questions. He was very clear with his pricing and details, and kept us informed of any changes or issues. We actually had to postpone our move on super short notice, and Hossein accommodated that request without any trouble. The 3 movers were very professional. The furniture was moved carefully. There were a couple minor issues that arose, but Hosseim dealt with them quickly and without fuss. It was a tremendous pleasure to work with Zayn Movers and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

We recently had to relocate and researched moving companies. While researching through ANGIES LIST, we encountered ZAYN MOVERS located 224 West 30th Street Suite 809, NY, 10001, and 21 Lake Road, Saddle River, NJ 07458. Since this company was rated exceedingly high and no further complaints were found while researching, we decided to hire this company. Unfortunately, our move did not go accordingly, we had requested the movers to arrive between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, but they arrived at 10:15 AM, making this a late move. The movers were able to accommodate us by rescheduling our move on short notice. By far, this was the only professional thing we were able to get from this company "accommodation". When we started to unpack our furniture, we then noticed all of the damage done to our furniture. They used cellophane instead of cloth material to prevent damage to wood. As soon as we noticed, we contacted Mr. HOSSEIN, the primary contact to ZAYN MOVERS, and provided all of the pictures as proof of damage. Mr. HOSSEIN did not provide any form of empathy or apologies. We had to contact him to maintain some form of contact continuously, or he would have never returned calls or responded to emails or text messages. He did offer a 350.00 refund for the labor encountered, but again, this was not enough for the dining table's value worth over 1000.00 or the bedroom furniture. At no time did he apologize for the inconvenience, and requested a personal friend to try and fix the damage to avoid going through the insurance company due to further inquiry from the insurance company. But when this did not go accordingly, Mr. HOSSEIN has decided the proper and professional way to handle this situation is by blocking our contact numbers and email. We have no communication with this company or himself, and he has not attempted to resolve the damage. If we had encountered any bad ratings of any reviews for this company, we would have never done any business with ZAYN MOVERS and Mr. HOSSEIN.
